Applied Abilities Program (AAP)

The Applied Abilities Program (AAP) at UCP Tracy is designed to align with the unique life goals and passions of each participant. Our program serves adults aged 18 to 60 and offers a wide array of skill-building activities both within the facility and throughout the community. With a smaller staff-to-consumer ratio, we are committed to providing personalized attention to meet each individual’s unique needs.

  • Cooking and healthy living
  • Budgeting and financial literacy
  • Computer skills and digital literacy
  • Visual arts and creative expression

Serving up to 60 individuals at any given time, the AAP promotes access to local community resources, enhances independence, and offers opportunities for meaningful income.

Behavioral Management Program

Our Behavioral Management Program is designed to support individuals in managing and overcoming behavioral challenges. The program includes personalized strategies, counseling, and continuous monitoring to foster positive behavior changes and enhance overall well-being.
