As we celebrate our 70th anniversary, UCP of San Joaquin, Calaveras, and Amador Counties takes pride in offering a comprehensive range of services tailored to meet the unique needs of individuals with disabilities in our local communities. Our range of services includes Early Intervention programs designed to support young children with developmental delays, fostering their growth and readiness for school. For adults, our Supported Employment services offer vocational training and job placement opportunities, promoting independence and self-sufficiency. Additionally, our Respite services provide caregivers with temporary relief, ensuring they have the support they need to care for their loved ones. Our Day Programs offer enriching activities and social engagement, enhancing the quality of life and community involvement for individuals with disabilities. Our Supported Living Program provides personalized assistance to individuals who wish to live independently in their own homes. This program focuses on empowering participants by offering tailored support in areas such as daily living skills, budgeting, and community integration, thus enabling them to lead fulfilling lives within their communities.
